One Night In West Monroe
Agree with most. Pool is now concrete. Full timers for sure. One lot abandoned with carpets left behind. Old electric outlets, no wifi and i was next to the club house i think it was the club house. No one met us but did send all the info needed to pay and our spot. Most likely will by pass this when i come through again. Place just needs a bit of clean up and tlc. Stayed 10/6/2020.

Nice Overnight Stay
Extremely nice hosts, average spacing between sites, concrete picnic pad. Good value park. Train runs through town, but not close enough to matter, only heard it 2ce. Animal shelter nextdoor, was not bothersome. Quite a few long term guests, like many parks now days.

They accept Passport America
We paid $17 for a single night stay with our Passport America 50% discount. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer). Gravel/dirt road and parking stall wasn't super level front to back so it took a bit of work to get leveled with our 42ft 5th wheel. No internet. We stayed in spot 25.
We heard the train during the night and the freeway is pretty close so you can hear traffic, but it didn't keep us awake.
We arrived just a few minutes after closing but the lady at the front desk was very friendly and still took our payment. There is an after-hours map of available spots though if you do arrive late.
Half the park has permanent (or long-term) residents. The other half has available spots. During our stay most people came around the same time as us and were gone in the morning by 9am. We stayed a bit longer because checkout was noon and we went into Monroe to see a few things.

Keep Going...
Unfortunately I needed to be in the area for a week and this park (use this word loosely) was the closest. If you need just a night I’d recommend staying at WalMart. The park is mostly a gravel and muddy place. WiFi is only available at office/laundry (pics of building posted). The pool has been partially filled with dirt and mud (pic included). Most of the tenants are seasonal construction workers. The train, interstate, truck stop, and animal shelter noise isn’t to bad with windows closed. Make sure you have a voltage/surge protector as most of the outlets are very old with many lacking covers. Very bad value...rates are around $40....$20 would be more realistic. If you’re looking for a nice place I’d recommend Lincoln Parish Park or one of the local lake State Parks. Been RV’ng for twenty years and this rates as one of the worst I’ve stayed at. One bright note...girl working in office (closed on Sunday) is very sweet.

Not The Greatest Place
We pulled in after hours. There was a terrible odor in the air. Many 5th wheels in the camp without cars around....full timers? We didn't even unhitch. We left early the next morning only to find an extremely large screw with washer in our tire the minute we hit the paved road outside of the campground. Completely flat within moments. There is train noise from the tracks and dog barking from shelter next door. They give a 4 hour voucher for wifi. We could not get it to work. No pool and did not see a play set. Would not stay again.

NO POOL. Advertised but no pool. If you Ck in after hours you don't have the code for he restrooms or showers. Nice, clean, quiet but no access to restrooms or showers. We would stop again but do it during the week because they are closed on Sunday.

Nice fairly quiet. No longer has a pool it's been filled in with dirt. Is located next to city dog pound. They do quiet down at night. Office help was very friendly and helpful. We would stop here again.

Not a bad park. It does have an animal shelter nearby that can be noisy at times. Sites are a little closer together than i like. The staff is friendly and helpful.
