Great Stay
Just stayed there, May of 2022. Was on site 30, which is a short site at the end of the park. Cost was $30 but with senior pass was $15. Stayed 9 nights. There is a launch fee at the ramp if you aren’t staying at the campground. If you have the camp tag, launch is free. Campground is close to town so you are close to places to eat and shop. There are four thrift shops and a weekend flea market if your into that type of shopping. If you are bringing a boat or second vehicle call ahead to see if your site will handle the parking. This is a Corps of Engineers campground so reservations are done online.

Good Experience
Good experience. Well kept campground. Easy to back in, all utilities worked, and great view of lake. Good walking trails, great playground for kids.
Only complaint was google maps directions, when I entered the name of campground into google maps, directions were to another campground east of Sumerset.

Good campground
Like the layout and most of the sites. Only complaint is the showers are so small.
Was just there. Many sites have been upgraded with new wood and gravel.
(Ridiculous to give a 1 rating because closed due to flooding, above review should be removed)

As of today it looks closed. Gate in was closed around 4:30pm. There was flooding in the area this spring, so call before going.

Nice quiet campground. Amenities are easily accessible. Has laundry facility on site. There are a dozen or more sites that are lake facing. From late April through late June, the water level is full, up near the campsites...can practically fish from your site. Prices range from $25.00 - $35.00 per night.
