The Good The Bad The Ugly
We were traveling to Kentucky from Tennessee dry camping along the way. This little park popped up. So, we stopped in to use one of their sites to dump and refill.
The Good- clean, easy pull through, flat gravel spots, gas station & food near by, super friendly, price for overnight and monthly stay ($20 and $400+)
The Bad- dump fee $12. Made me giggle a little - for $8 more, we could have stayed the night with a full hook up. Traffic in and out was a little busy, but we were there during traffic time in other big cities.
The Ugly- none

Great stop
We stopped here after a few nights in free spots. It was well worth the $20 for a night with water, sewage, and electric: basically a fillip spot. On a main road, but not heavily traveled at night, so it was pretty quiet. Nothing spectacular or horrible about this place except for the owner who was great! Nice guy who stood at the entrance, waiting for us and offered as much help or feedback that we needed. The sign is small, so we missed it the first time. Our GPS didn't take us to the right place either.
Overall worth the price, easy access, and great place to stop.
