Cockroaches and Hostility
I watched two disabled families face targeted harassment for months. The manager would go around and literally ask people for things to complain about over one particular family with a disabled daughter. She let her friend threaten a family with gun violence. I was scared to walk outside at night. The manager will SEEM all nice but as soon as you accidentally break some unspoken rule, she starts harassing you. She flicked off my dad with emojis via text. She asked neighbors to watch people and I caught a man spying under people's RVs at her request. She harassed her way into a disabled tenant's RV and had her "security" guy steal the poor person's cat. I don't know where she took the cat, she wouldn't say. I have never experienced so much stress in my life. My experiences here were harrowing and heartbreaking.
