Gorgeous surroundings,quiet well maintained park reasonably priced. Downside is you have to either book online or call for a reservation and the person I talked with wasn’t helpful in choosing a site that matched our needs. We had electricity but no water hookup (which would have been better)

Restful Retreat

Another very nice Corp of Engineers recreational site. Campsites with restful, relaxing views of the lake. Shade trees, picnic tables, and fire pits. Great place to spend a few days or more enjoying the outdoors.
