Cheap Stay
I stayed two nights here. I was the only one there. One mile gravel road off the pavement. 2 mile hiking trail around the lake was a bit grown over and lots of mud because of recent rain.
It was $5.00 a night, $2.50 with half price senior pass. Sites are level enough for an area with plenty of elevation changes.

Nice Quiet Site
Enjoyed our stay at this area, quiet, well spaced sites, a nice clean bathroom, if you want a quiet peaceful place to rest for the night or to boondock for a few days, this is a good spot.

Beautiful Area
Very spacious. Each site had a picnic table and fire ring. Some fire rings had movable grates. There is a vault toilet. Not bad for primitive camping.
