We love this campground! We go at least once a year and try to go more! Always fun great atmosphere and awesome people!

Dirty Dump

This place seemed like it had potential at some point, but it is run down and the facilities were always filthy. I will add some pictures, if I can, but I will spare you the toilet pics that show every single toilet "blown up". There were rat droppings in the bathroom, giant hair balls and trash in the showers. Things stay that way for days or weeks! Staff was unhelpful and unconcerned and it did not improve even after multiple complaints. Wifi isn't reliable, sites are muddy and ours was flooded constantly. Had no hot water for weeks on a long term stay. Management didn't care, offered no discount for all the issues we had. Stay away!

Friendly And Trees

Stayed here with 2 grandsons. Pool is clean and deep. Road to the south was closed, so had to 275 to get there. There is also a ferry at the casino, but the KY roads were very winding and narrow. Opted to use 275 when we departed for the south.

Lovely, Friendly Staff

A quiet campground just out of Rising Sun. Restrooms are clean and adequate. The park is well laid out and room between angled, drive-through sites is fine. Table and fire rings at each site. The staff here are wonderful. Joy and Shirley went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. We didn't have the opportunity to experience the benefits of a longer stay during "the season", but it sounded like fun. Free shuttle service to the casino was on offer also. PA discount here made for excellent value!

Stayed 5 days plenty of shade trees. Very relaxed atmosphere. Town is fairly close. Links golf course 10 minute drive. 50 amp circuit breaker popped a few times, I let them know & the electrician changed it out within 30 minutes.

Nice campground. Only stayed one night...very clean grounds in country setting. Stayed on the river and enjoyed watching the boats go by.

Friendly Staff!!

Nothing too special. However my children cried when we had to leave. They had a good time. The fishing in the pond was great. Access to the Ohio River is very hard to find, and nearly impossible to fish. Staff was very friendly. I will be going back sometime.

Have been there several times and have always been satisfied. friendly, knowledgeable staff clean facilities and plenty of activities to keep you busy.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. Very nice park with great fireworks. Dust is a bit to deal with but they kept the once gravel roads wet during the weekend to help.

Memorial Day 2016

We are newbie RV'ers and chose the Little Farm On The River to be our first stop. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to drive through and pick our own pull-through site. We had planned to be down by the river, but after seeing there were some empty sites close to the swimming pool, we found a very nice partially shaded spot. Reasonable prices and their Wi-fi even works (where we are at)! 50, 30, and 20 amp available. Water was no problem! We're planning on coming back again!

What a nice campground, clean, helpful and friendly staff and tons of stuff for the kids to do.
