Johnson Co Park is incorrectly shown near Johnson Co Fairgrounds as well as being shown in correct location further south.

Nice Campground

We stayed three days. Our rig was backed up to another. Quiet and peaceful. This is a large county park with disc golf, equestrian facility and camping. Golf nearby and walking trails. We will definitely stay again.

What a great 2 weeks in this park! Friendly people everywhere. The park host was amazing and so helpful, always available to help! The spots are shaded and the park is very clean along with bathrooms and showers that are also very clean! I WILL go back again! Anyone traveling North or South in 65 this is a park that you can get in and out for an overnight stay!

Quite, Big Rig Access

FHU for $25, quite with occasional train noise, a few little trees (no shade), shower and bathroom next to campground, trash near office at 250 fairground. Big rig spots are best along outside edges of campground. We camped in a 41' fifth wheel for four nights. Our 50amp rig tripped breaker. Looks like more sites are being added. Call for availability as various events can limit access. We entered off hwy. 31 (Morton) between Wendy's and DQ. Access also available if Jefferson Ave.
