Not Great For Tents

First impressions were good-got in as sun setting over lake-very pretty. But looking for a tent spot (which are reasonably priced at $10)-I was very disappointed. Very few tent spots relative to electric to choose from and hardly any to no trees around sites. I can't imagine wanting to spend any time at a campsite with full sun during the day. Just too exposed, not to mention lack of privacy between sites. Might be fine for just evenings and early mornings by the lake.

Plan On Being A Regular

Enjoyed our final Camping trip of the Season at Crab Orchard Campground. Spacious sites, full hookups available , beach in season, nice level sites and reasonably priced.

Beautiful camp site... all sites have great views, nice space between sites, facilities are clean, showers are included in site price, nice staff! Staff monitor camp ground closely, for safety...Definitely will stay here again!
