Great place along the Clearwater River. Park host very helpful put us in a tent spot overlooking the river. The grounds are clean. Unfortunately the river is to cold for swimming. Highway 12 might be noisy if you are in a spot closer to the road. We’re here in a 22’ RV.

Conveniently located just off the road near Orofino next to the river. We got the last site at 3PM on a Thursday afternoon in mid August. Full hookups including sewer dump at each site and clean public toilets but no shower. I think we paid $15, so well worth it. Lots of road noise and not much concealment, if any, between the camp sites but you can’t beat the convenient location. Very pleasant camp host.

This place is very relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay. Outstanding camp hosts. The park is clean and extremely well kept. Restrooms are spotless. Setting is gorgeous too.
