Full Hookups But Bare Bones Basics
From what I gather, these sites were created in 2017. They are newer concrete pours with full hookups, fire pits and picnic tables. There is boat ramp access and a concrete walking path along the river. So that is the best part about this.
The downside is it is in an industrial area with ample commercial truck traffic. It is in the wide open with only one tree on site A1. The people who have been here during our stay seem to be people working in some of the industries here. So it feels a bit transient. There is no host on site. The shower and bathroom building is extremely basic. Just a cinder block building with metal toilets, sinks, benches.
If the city ever takes the time to develop this into more of a recreational area with maybe a soccer field, dog park, some tree plantings, and a community presence, this could be a pretty neat little setup. It just feels a bit too exposed.

Overnight Stay
Perfect simple clean spot for overnight stay (even a couple nights)
10 spots with picnic tables at each site.
Nice lake and beautiful evening view .
Bathrooms are clean. Full easy hook up. Just go to kiosk pay $25 then everything will turn on. Only negative, the traffic is pretty noisy in the morning

Always a pleasure to stay here. Approve of the time/stay limit. Much nicer w/out the "trailer trash". Yup, it's noisy and the boat dock attracts a lot of folks but in our travels (full timers), this is still one of our favorites. And the price is right.

If You Have A Boat, This Is Terrific
Otherwise, the place is bare-bones: concrete parking spaces with electric, water & sewer. But if you have a boat, there’s a ramp to the river, right there next to the park. No reservations: just pull in if there’s an empty slot, and pay at the pay station (nice touch: you keep any time on the clock from before). Sites are pull-through, but might be too short for long RVs with a boat on behind.

Burley City RV Park
Stayed here 1 week. Cost is fixed, pay by the day at a card machine. New park, we were the first to use it. Close to town, right on the water. Great for a stopping place. Restroom open.
