Awesome
The whole park is shaded. Many spots on the water. It’s clean, affordable, sites are well maintained. The lake is huge and not crowded. There’s lots of beaches for you to park your boat while you camp. Definitely worth staying at.

This is a wonderful park. Many sites right on the water. Gets a little crowded on weekends but camp hosts do a good job of controlling that. We were on site 27 with a 32ft fifth wheel. Plenty of room and our back end was hanging over the water a bit. Felt like being on a boat. Facilities are clean, paved roads, sites are level.

Would Return
Scenic with the water front sites, hills, and plenty of trees. Saw ants, but not a problem. No ticks at our site. A few mosquitoes. Gnats not a prob. Decent bathrooms with showers. There was a loud party, but it got shut down fast. Can pay $20 to have a crew pump your black/gray tanks since there’s not full hookups. There is a dump station with 2 lanes, but the campground has a lot of sites so dump station gets busy. Cable was not working when we were there and air channels didn’t work well. Lake is huge with mostly clear water. Good ice cream parlor/gas station with firewood across bridge in SC...a couple miles away. Visitor Center also has firewood, but campground hosts do not. Good mtb trails about a half hour away (Bartram, Keg Creek, FATS). Around a half hour drive to Augusta which has a craft brewery, river front, and a nice mall. Would return.

Landfall
This is a very nice park. The camp hosts were fantastic. The wind gets very strong in the late afternoon if you are camped on the shore like I was.
