Poor At Best

We drove through theis park this morning. Most of the sites are full timers that have been there a long time. Losts of junk around the fulltime. The available site are all out in the sun. A few no hook up over near the creek. Needs some work

It's a Campground, Not A Resort.

I have mixed thoughts after staying here. I read several Google reviews and decided to give it a shot. 1. It is a campground, not a resort. So if you don't like slightly bumpy dirt roads, a slight uneven grass covered site look elsewhere. 2. Bath house is dated and could use some tlc but the water was hot. 3. Most of the sites were filled by monthly renters with older units, however most that I came in contact with were very friendly. 4. Quiet. 10pm was the official quiet time but it was silent before that, no gates so people would come in late but they were respectful and kept vehicle noise down. 5. Nice playground for kids and a beautiful section of the Etowah river to play in. Tent sites line the river. 6. It's a little price for what you get but good enough I would go back, a little tlc and it could be great a campground.
