Absolute Last "Resort"
June 11, 2018 Visiting relative brought us to stay at Riverside. If that wasn't already planned one short ride into this "park" I would rather stay at Walmart as it would be an upgrade in comparison. Sites are not maintained, electrical looks like an amateur put it together. Site numbers are all but worn away or covered with mud. Water at site is covered with a bucket filled with loose fiberglass insulation around and over the spigot. The sewer hook up at most sites are not accessible due to pvc caps needing a pipe wrench to access, one site had a wad of paper to cover the sewer access. The "park" is mostly run down trailer "homes and RV s" that have numerous tarps covering leaks and much "junk" scattered around them, and yes people are living in them. Looks like a cemetery for the abandon. There is a dump station that has poor access. We would not take on potable water as the conditions were questionable. Some one from the county needs to check this place out before someone gets sick

Love This Park
Very spacious, both 30&50 amp sites, very nice people working and living here. Pool, laundry, shower house on site, loving our stay here. No restrictions on RV's plenty of pull thru sites, very quiet neighborhood so far. Moved from Corpus Christi Tx and so glad to find this park for home. Close to Covington and Conyers and plenty to do in each town. We pay $430 month and includes sewage, water, electric and free wifi. No cable tv in park

It's a stopover and that's about all
Definitely nothing to brag on. It is a place for a brief layover or a spot for construction workers to pitch camp. It was quiet and apparently safe but is in dire need of updating and repairs.

Don't expect fancy but it's good quiet place. Honor system AAA/AARP Discount. From 28 down to $25 per night. Some sights electric plugs were cut. Large bathroom hot showers. QUIET. Old and run down but relatively clean. No problems. Would stay again.
