This is a very tight RV park that says they have Wi-Fi and there’s not any Wi-Fi that works in this park.

It’s Feb 7, 2024. The Park will not take reservations for next winter yet. They also don’t know what the prices will be. This is terribly inconvenient for those of us who want to plan for next winter before every other option is already booked. Now that the Park is corporately owned, they appear not to care about the clientele who’ve been coming for the past decade. It’s unfortunate. After purchase, they stated there would be improvements, and then a rate hike, but as always seems the case, there is no improvement, but there is a significant rate hike. At this point, in two years, the rate has increased 60%, and it’s about to increase more.

Crappy Place

Not friendly and charge you extra for everything including if someone come and visits you. No Trailers rule is a joke!

Bad place Look Elsewhere

Place wanted to charge me to store my little aluminum trailer as they said they don’t allow them. Funny thing is there are some including dollies in others space. Also very ran down luckily I only stayed 1 night of 3. The positive was the bar staff were awesome.

A very nice park with secluded sites

Great Time

Nice location to beach and downtown St Augustine. Beautiful and well kept park with a really nice pool and bar. Had a leaky water connection that was fixed very fast. Would be 5 stars but had no cable during stay. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Close To The Ocean

Clean showers, nice pool, close to the ocean, very big resort.

Great Place

The staff was super friendly. The park is well kept up for an older park. Very quiet. Has a great pool that looked like everyone was having a great time at every late afternoon. We road our bikes around the other RV parks up and down St Augustine beach, all around ,this RV park was the best.

We stayed here full time 4 years, location A+, staff local knowledge very good, site was fabulous lots of puddles when we got a lot of rain. Bathroom and showers ok, on holiday weekends very very busy always recommend to all our fellow travelers

Sites Too Tight.

We stayed two nights in a back in site for a Class A motor home. We had to ask people to move vehicles on their sites to actually back in. We watched the same scenario play out with the several motor homes that arrived after us. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. Very close to St Augustine. Would stay again only if a pull through site was available.

Nice And Clean; Nickel And Dime

Great pool and pavilion, upgraded sites have new grills and picnic tables. Basic paved sites are nice. 50% shaded. Relatively close and can be difficult to maneuver on packed holidays. Watch out for the little extra charges- its $5 per visitor, $5 for lost gate pass.

Nice Park

We have been here awhile now and this place is great. New pool, just paved roads, alot of sites getting paving stones. Nice staff good services. Only complaint is wifi stinks. Other then that, it's a great place.
