Ahhhhh, Ok

Nothing to write home about. Apparently they are still under construction rebuilding the beach. If that’s what you call it. More like a sand box 8’ above water level. No way to go down and touch the water. Rubble and rocks on both sides. When we called they failed to mention any of this. So you hear construction equipment and dump trucks all day. With that said, it seems to be an ok park. They do try and keep it up despite the age. Skinny, long property. Pet friendly. Decent pet park to let them run off lead.

Trailer Park

Grounds are unkept and houses being built on both side. Dust is terrible along with the noise. Way over priced. Keep driving.

Great Place

The wife and I met the kids and grandkids there. The kids stayed in one of there cabins and we stayed in our RV. The staff here are awesome. The check in was fast and easy. Scott lead us to the RV site and assisted with getting the rig parked. The cabin was supposed to have bedding. When we informed a staff member that the bedding was not in the cabin, he radioed the office and a few minutes later the bedding was there. We will be back!!

Average

Not a bad RV park and not a good RV park, just average. While it has all the amenities you need they are lack luster at best. Sites are large enough for big rigs, the roads are tight, very tight. As usual the WiFi suck, pool is heated however it’s hot enough to be a jacuzzi. Shower house is nice but small for a campground of this size and cleaned only once per day. Staff, while helpful, not the brightest. I personally watched then On two occasions try and put a 40+ 5th wheel into a spot only big enough for a travel trailer. Each time the staff helped guide them into a tree.

Great Place

A very nice campground, easy in and out. Great staff that stayed busy. Laundry and bathroom where nice and clean. Most sites have some shade.

Fave spot

We have stayed here several times and it is one of our favorite close to home spots. Nice combination for campers, tents and cabins (for our non-camper friends/family). We have stayed in different sites including waterfront sites and a pull through pool adjacent site. So far we have not found a bad campsite yet. The campground is well maintained and the staff is always super friendly. Each time we stay we meet the friendliest guests as well. Can’t wait until we book our next trip here.

We Got Lucky

Beautiful spot right on the water. Just one night, but worth the drive off I-10. 87 was under construction, so take your time. The park was well kept, good bathrooms, dog-friendly and all the other campers were super nice. Highly recommended.

Our Weekend

Such a nice place. People are so friendly. Help you to your spot and hook up if you needed them to. Nice little pool and spa. Coming back next year

Been staying here since 2011 and it was great, until this year. The site we were given was boxed in, no view and the electrical was marginal at best. Inquired about another site, they said due to hurricane Harvey & Irma their sites were all booked. (We made our reservations well before anyone heard of either hurricane and still ended up with a bad site) We could only run one thing at a time or the voltage would drop critically low. Had to turn off A/C to run microwave or hair dryer, and our unit only has one A/C. The fishing pier was closed due to hurricane Nate damage, and won't likely be open anytime soon. Nice campground, but sure was a disappointment this year

Awesome

This place is awesome it was are first ever rv park. The view is great. The staff are friendly,the campers on both side of us were nice. Your minutes from a beautiful public beach. We will definitely be returning. You will need a long hose depending on spot and your rig. But best experience we have had starting this new rv thing.

A little Piece Of Heaven !!!

Beautiful place to spend a week or a long weekend !! Staff is awesome ! Everything is well maintained ! Pool is great ! Bathhouses are super clean ! most of all the sunsets over The sound are breathtaking !!! I can't wait to go back

Nice And Clean

This is a great campground, nice and clean. Very well maintained, there is always a maintenance cart close by cleaning, fixing or upgrading.

Beautiful Rv Campground!

We stayed here last year! Such a pretty little place. Very clean the grounds, site and pool area.. family friendly . My brother and family also stayed here in the cabins. They loved it! Friendly staff! Will be back!

Really Nice Campground

Great amenities, clean, friendly campground. We stayed for a week, will be coming back. Wish the sites had their own fire pits, but there are plenty of other things to do around the area that make evenings enjoyable. Water, electric, sewage all worked great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Better than the other Navarre campgrounds because of the setting. More of a campground feel than a parking pad. Try the slippery mermaid sushi bar just down the street
