Not A KOA But Takes GS
OK if you need an overnight. All dirt so I wouldn’t want to be here during rain.

Not Worth It
Stopped here for the night on our way home. Not worth the money charged. Not well maintained campsites, did not use the restrooms or pool. Right off I-10 so some noise.

The staff was pleasant, the park needs work unlevel grass pull through, with leaky sewer hook ups, tight space, good Sam rating to high

Not A KOA
Expensive for what you get, no WiFi at camp site, full timers live there and it is no longer a KOA yet is still advertised as one. Save your time and money and stay closer to I-10 at the new campground (A Stones Throw) . I haven’t stayed there yet but as we drove by it was cleaner and easy in and out from I-10. We will never spend 43.00 to stay here again!! We waisted our money staying here.

The HAULING GUY
Jan.4th. Will be here 2 months . Very pleased. Only $430. Per month full hookups. Quite place, super clean shower house if you need it. Free coffee and small homemade breakfast nice touch.

Quite a drive from the interstate exit but decent sized level sites. Lots of long term iffy rvs.

place to stay
friendly staff when we called in same day for a play to hook up for the night. nothing special. it served its purpose for us. sandy pads and roads. only half the laundry machines work. pool is drained. limbs made it difficult to pull the 5th wheel into site.

We liked this little park. Quiet, with friendly staff. Squirrels to keep the dogs occupied-as in window staring. $38.00 a night. About 30 miles east of Tallahassee. Large pull throughs.

Couldn’t Dump Tanks Due To Overflow!!!
Should’ve opted for something else preferably a place that has their septic lines so that you can dump! All 3 of the coaches that were parked next to me complained of the same thing so I know it wasn’t isolated to just my site. The sites are dirt and grass, not the least bit level and with chug holes everywhere. Permanent 5th wheel campers parked that are an eyesore. To charge that kind of rate and not be able to dump is ridiculous.

Not Bad
I mean we only stayed one night but it was nice . Lots of road noise so use ear plugs but it’s convenient. People are very nice . Only thing I seen was the wood fence by the play ground needed repair and some board were in the ground with nails up . I moved so hopefully no one would step on them . But overall it was nice .

It's a Good Sam Park with friendly, welcoming staff. Had a fantastic dinner at Rev Cafe (staff suggestion) on Jefferson St in Monticello. Got caught up on laundry. Park was clean and cozy.

Ok For An Overnight
This is no longer a KOA. We stayed last winter and it wasn't a KOA then either. It's a little run down, broken toys in the "playground ". Good for an overnight and laundry. Staff not very camper friendly

Not Kept Up For $35/night
"roads" are sand paths. RV junk yard. Lots of suspect long term residents in ancient RVs. If you are desperate to get off the road stay here.
