Booked online, drove half way there and someone called said he gave away our spot. You can’t pay online so he laughed and said we think we paid for a spot. Ridiculous. Now we are stuck last minute trying to find a place for our family. Can’t tell you want it looks like because we never made it there. Terrible business model.

Really liked this place, but found it's not ok to laugh and enjoy yourself. Now I could see this took place at 9pm or even 8pm, but before 6pm. I will miss the people, but not the communist like rules.

Centrally located between Gainesville and Ocala. Quiet town with historic Victorian homes and antique shops. Locals are friendly. Long term residents on fixed income around park. Everyone has been accommodating and very friendly. Manager is great. Boat ramp to Orange lake. Dog friendly. Don’t let appearances fool you, this place is a hidden gem.

Cancelled my reservation because my friends got there the day before and did not stay because it looked so bad. Mostly fulltime residents in unmaintaned mobile homes. RV sites were tucked between them.
