$86!!!!! for One Night
If it wasn’t late and I wasn’t desperate for electric, I would have gone right by. But I needed a place for the night. It’s basically an RV parking lot right next to the airport and down the street from a Love’s Truck Stop. Not worth the $86. Especially when there was a loud humming noise all night long. I don’t know if that was airplanes or what? But it shook my RV all night and and I didn’t get much sleep. Definitely not worth $86. Never again. Stay away.

This is a nice park however Jacksonville International airport is right by the park. Incoming airplanes very low and loud. They fly overhead about every five minutes starting at 6:00 am and continue all day and night.
The roads in the park very narrow, sites are close and small, drive thru sites along the back have a crown to them. If you have a long rig with tow vehicle unhook before you go to your site.
I would not recommend this park.

Ok so the park is clean and neat Parking lot but with enough for slides and awning with a bit of grass for picnic table. Unfortunately we felt a little nickel and dimed after paying for a premium site. Cannot connect tv to WiFi unless you pay another $10.00 for 3 days also owned by Sun.
Came because review says good WiFi
We knew about planes noise from other reviews so put up with that. We don’t mind paying for a good safe park but don’t like to be duped. Bottom line if you use WiFi for TV you’ll need to add $10 for three days.

Great RV Park
We love this RV park. It is clean and they're continuously keeping it neat. They have weekly grass maintenance, the guys are coming in so it is great for pets. They have clean facility. The laundry and outdoor clubhouse are well maintained. We love it. I agree with the loud airplanes and jets but that's the only downside. Other than that, it is safe & well-maintained.

Beautiful park. All concrete slabs. Think recently totally re done. Like new everywhere. Easy in and out. Spotless. Don’t believe the max 10 year thing. We are 15 yrs and they didn’t even ask. Saw some older than us. Gave us PA rate for two days. Only
Neg is the planes but didn’t bother us. wasn’t that many when we were there.

We only stayed overnight, wish we could have had a day to enjoy the park. Pool and bathhouse looked great. It looked like all sites could hold any size rig and all are pull though and paved.
Received half off for Passport America

Hope Your High Class ..
I would have loved to have tried this Resort even if it is $65 offseason a night but because my motorhome is in mint condition and over 10 years old I can't even stay there so if your RV is over 10 years old forget about it they don't want your business good riddance

We stayed at Pecan Park for a month beginning day after Christmas 2017. The people are very friendly and want to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. Yes, airplanes will be flying over and it is actually pretty cool to watch. After a couple of days we didn't even hear them anymore. This resort is spotless. They have been doing some upgrades/construction this past year, but hopefully that will be done soon. We would stay there again.

Extremely Noisy, Loud & Annoying
Nice new park with super easy access from I-95 into which Sun Resorts has poured a lot of money. But that begs the question, “Why?”
This park is located directly under the Jacksonville International Airport glide path. The BIG jets are landing practically on your roof! Extremely loud...enough so that your camper actually vibrates and shakes when these jets are right on top of you.
No sleep, especially when the same jets start taking off at 5:30 in the morning and the garbage trucks roll through camp at 6:00 AM with flashing yellow lights, loud diesel motors and beeping back-up alarms!

Do not give these folks your phone number. I receive several sales calls a week from "you stayed at are resort..."
They will not take a NO.

If you like airplanes you will love this park. Directly under the airport landing approach.

And $49 with discount is far too much money.
