Do Not Use This Place

This place has horrible customer service. They flooded due to a freak storm the whole time we would have been staying. We had to make other arrangements. They took $1000 dollars from us and still have yet to give any money back, saying it's "not in their refund policy." THEY COULD NOT HOST US! How is that against your refund policy when it was you who couldn't have us stay? STAY FAR AWAY. We were originally told we could have the money back, but then after several no call backs from management and several email attempts go unanswered, they will never be getting any business of mine again. And I will be telling everyone to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! What kind of business do you run? If you had insurance, and you probably do, you could recoup any losses due to the storm. But you insist on keeping many rvers money. It's not like you're cheap either. Shame on you. Poor poor management style.

No Vans Allowed

Never mind that they accepted my reservation request. I was very rudely told off when I arrived for my reservation. My van is way nicer than many of the rvs in there, and I’m paying in advance for my 3 night stay. Nope. No vans.

Had A Good Stay

Stayed here for a week in July for a volleyball tournament and had a great time. Full hook ups and a canal view! Laundry facilities were good and the showers were clean. There is a nice nature walking park nearby and the Hard Rock casino is close too.

Rip-Off!!

What a rip-off!! Uneven sights no amenities in a bad area on SR 84 and they’re charging enough to stay at a resort. Keep looking

Lousy Location

Shoved in between two other trailers. No room. Not near anything interesting. Personnel was not friendly. No internet. Really hard to find. Will not stay here again. Good Sams should re-evaluate.

In Need Of Repair

Very very tight spaces, staff ok, grass needed cut BAD, board walk old and not just damaged from recent storms. Roads were absolutely terrible. Sign was down from recent storms.

DONT STAY HERE

the staff is just RUDE . Funky place , very expensive and they don't take care of the areas. The only good thing is the location. We live in the area and tried to stay here many times. We always have problems so we just don't go anymore

This place is old and funky. We are on the canal and have a wonderful view. Yachts a plenty with board walks in disrepair. If you can get the right spot its is wonderful

What a dump! Overgrown, cigarette smoking trailer trash. Spaces are tight, car parking is nil, water/power hookups way back of the lot. Had to buy extension cables and water hose. Rude obnoxious old bitty at reception.

Master Camper
