Great park
We come for several months in the winter. There is so much to do here. There’s pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, golf league, wood shop, line dancing, corn hole, cards every night, and
much more. There’s also dances, parties, excursions and more. The park is right on Sarasota Bay with a launch ramp for kayaks or boats and places to fish.
The only cons are small lots and it’s not cheap. But the price is comparable to other parks this close to the beaches. The
The sunsets are gorgeous and the people are very welcoming. The park is just two miles from Anna Maria Island nasty gulf beaches.

Very Nice
55 and older park. We came in ‘22 the first time and still come for long periods of time. We spread time throughout the year. Located at northern Sarasota Bay 2 miles from the beach. All kinds of things to do for everyone.

Long Time Rver
New friendly management! Yes, it is 55 and up and no dogs....which is nice. Gorgeous Bayfront complete with a dolphin show and sunset last night. We have decided to come back for 6 months next year. Thank you for all the fun!

Over 65?
No one from the office told me that it is a over 55 place. . At 8 pm 2 old guys come over to my place n complain cause I have my 5 kids n cooking hamburgers going LMAO ?... They want me turn everything off wtf... Is not my fault, the office just wanted to take my money $90 per night. NEVER mentioned it place is only for old 65sh white people.
