Trinidad SP
2 night stay , very spendy for electric only, 36 for camping, with an additional $9 for a day pass. Friendly , helpful staff, convienant to town. Site is asphalt and mostly level. Only complaint is the price.

Ouch Pricey
We stopped here on our way south as it was one of very few open and we wanted to see the K-T boundary. Surprised at the price $44. We were one of three campers there. Facilities are okay, power boats are allowed in summer which I avoid. Staff member was unhelpful. There’s a lot nicer campground just in New Mexico, cheaper too. We won’t be back.

$44
Good camp site but I must say there are much nicer CO State Parks. Have stayed at numerous CO parks and found most to be wonderful but this one is on the lower side. Good for a couple of nights. Price is high for a State Park at $44 a night without full hookup. Sites are close to each other and not level for the most part. Better than any other rv park in the area and NO highway or train noise! Very clean.

Stayed multiple times over past 10 years, always great staff, responsive, friendly. Camp is clean and very scenic, near many sites.

Nice But Pricey
Expensive as state parks go, and your required day pass ($7) is extra on top of $24 (electric only) or $28 (electric, water, sewer). No wifi but decent cell service. High fees like these keep out working class folks.

Check Your Site
Beautiful location but had major difficulties with minimal site. Saw some others with issues. Their facilities were great. Go for pull through.

Nice campground. No water or sewer at all sites, only a few have water and electric.
50 amp at all sites.
Easy in and out, even with our 45 class A pulling a 28 ft stacker. Blacktop roads through out.
Site 61 worked for us with out unhooking, right across from the bath/shower house.
It's on a lake, but it's not accessible from the campground, it's along way down. There is a nice boat launch down the road.
The showers are coin operated, cost about $1.00-1.25 depending how long.
The bathrooms are super nice and clean.
Nice iron fire pits and picnic tables at each site.

Beautiful place. Friendly helpful staff. Not the best hiking, but still interesting around the lake
