First let me first say, the host at check-in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ couldn’t have been nicer!! Beautiful setting, nice campground.... However another “host” came to our site just as we were exiting our camper to pack up and leave, startling myself and my dog, so she started barking. Without a chance to quiet her , he said “ Shut your door!!” I don’t want to hear the barking!! Well OKAY.... she stopped as soon as she was commanded . Then he proceeded to tell us, we needed to pay for the previous night. My husband explained we had paid..and the payment went into the “Iron Ranger” at the campground entrance. He left only to come back and say we hadn’t paid , that there was no envelope in the post. I had written a check one for each night we stayed. I wrote a third check.. I was very upset ! Still am! I received a call from the site manager saying another host had taken the envelope from the post, no apology only excuses.. as to why they accused us of theft of services.
