Didn’t Stay

Nice host and pretty wooded location, but for car camping too expensive. There are chem-cans at the camp. There is a bathhouse which I didn’t see because the walk was too far away in a different section.

Not The Greatest

The park is small. Conveniently located right across from Walmart. The river doesn’t block out much noise from the highway. Spots are tight. Website advertised the spot I got as a back in and could accommodate 40 feet. It was not even close to being able to fit my camper and it was not a back in. We got another spot that was not on the river and when asked if we could still sit and fish at that spot was told “no it’s $50 a night.” No kidding cause I paid for it for 3 nights. Didn’t really matter because the river is more of a creek and there is absolutely no fishing in the ponds. I went with a group of people and we had 4 spots reserved so we still had fun. They do have a list of rules including no open containers and no smoking. There is no dump station. Price is too high for this park.
