RV Park Done Right
Had a great relaxing week. These folks running the park are above and beyond customer service. The site is perfectly groomed and clean. Flowers and critters abound and all the utilities are just the way you want. The nights are quiet, dark and cool this time of year. Would certainly do it again.

Needs TLC
Could be a much nicer park. The roads are very dusty because no gravel has been laid down in years. Sitting out at your site, you feel like you are eating sand. If it rains it will be a mud pit. We are in site 41, on the end of a row. We fill the site so much there is no room to park our truck. To many full timers make the park look junky. We will not be back.

Nice campground however the hookups need to be refigured. We had to go underneath he rv to access the power and sewer, (not on all sites )
Didn’t like looking at the sewer out my front door
Great fishing in the pond would stay again just not in the area our site was on the right side when you come in the park

Very busy RV park On River
They could accommodate us for one night with no reservation. On river with fishing pond. There were lots of kids here. It was a busy place. Hosts were pleasant and showers and laundry were clean and nice to have. Little camp store with ice and minimal food and RV supplies.

Great Campground, Host's Not So Much
Love the location and the pond. Nice and quiet area. Host that wears the cowboy hat is one you wanna avoid. Not friendly AT ALL.
Might stay there again but it won't be for at least a couple years, maybe the man in the cowboy hat will be gone by then, that and the price when everything was closed (swimming pool, game room, no wood campfires allowed). Should've dropped the price to reflect that.

We stayed in a tent site. Had a great time. Clean showers and restrooms. The camp is very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was our first time car camping all the way from Texas and these folks made us feel at home. Thanks Don and all the staff giving us great info on delicious eateries hiking trails, also for making great memories.

Beautiful Spot
We were here for two nights and loved our spot. Be sure to ask for riverfront. Nice fire pit for s’mores.

Very Relaxing
We spent one night here on our way to NM and it's a very good choice in Pagosa Springs. About 1.25 mi outside of town, nice pull through and back in sites with full hook up or just water and electric. The sites are are packed gravel and flat with no need for leveling. The campsite is right on the river with lots of trees, clean showers and bathrooms and free wifi. Would stay there again.

Family Friendly
Family friendly and very accommodating. Had a great spot with shade. Right on the river. Sheltered from highway. Tubed into pagosa springs from the campground
