Scam
This is not an RV park. It is a trailer park without any of the conveniences of an overnight RV park. The owners are merely advertising it as an RV park, hoping that people don't notice the fine print.

Overnight Stay
Good for an overnight stay just before the higher prices in the Denver area. It's about 5 to 10 minutes from the Interstate, depending upon which direction you are coming. There were a few other rv parks in the area but this one was the best we saw. It's tucked off the main road and it's clean. There is no office so you must make reservations ahead of arrival and obtain your site number. We had a pull thru site that was plenty long for us & quiet for the one night stay.

Great Spot!
We stayed just over night on our way to Fort Collins. Each level spot has full hook-ups. No Laundry, bathrooms, just a clean, quiet, level place to camp. Several in the park were long term working folks. Each occupied spot was orderly. Would definitely stay here again. Cost us $37.45 after a Good Sam discount.

Again
We have been Living in our motor home for almost 3years in our retirement. Every place is unique in it’s own way. We have both noticed many workers in almost every campground who live on the road. Multiple by people fishing for a living, working and The virus that has kept us down for more than a year and campgrounds are busy. Stay safe and great travels.

stopped to rest stayed 4 nights
Host wonderful. Even before we arrived I told her i'd prefer staying closer to Denver. Gave me phone numbers of camps to check with. Decided this was so much cheaper that we'd drive to Denver as we needed. Helped us set up; always got back to us if we called; full hookups, gravel but level; set up for RVs not camping; liquor store, groceries , Pizza Hut and several truck stop service centers nearby. Wifi could be better but more than adequate for emails and limited downloads. Would stay again. Unless you enjoy paying KOA prices, its a better deal for adults without children!

Nice And Modern Park
Good place. Everything is new. Cindy was more than nice with us. Its a quiet place. We walked to the bug r shop to buy some insulation so we dont need to unhook the trailer. We are just stopping on our way to denver.
