Nice, Noisy & Overpriced
Stopped for the night and while the facility has a lot to offer it was overpriced. Long walks to any pools if you have a site on the south end. The train tracks are nearby and they run 24/7 and is loud.

Pretty Cool
We just bought an camper and wanted to stay somewhere close. We got in the last weekend of the pool and water park being open. Leveling was pretty easy. We got a pull thru for $65 a night since the busy season was over. We did putt putt and the park and dog park. Everyone seemed nice. We will visit again.

A Little Pricey
We stayed here for a week. The amenities were pretty nice. Very nice area for dogs. There isnt much grass or trees with any size yet. In about six years this is going to be an amazing place to visit. Right now there is a lot of construction going on there. Even with the construction going on there was NO discount on price. The wifi was pretty good and they fixed the cable TV after we were the for 4 of the 7 days. I might would stay here again after the trees grow and it doesn't look like a construction zone.

Not Bad But Expensive
The play area is nice and this is a very kid friendly campground, however being so close to everyone else is a bit of a turn off. The train is close by but not too loud even with the site being right next to it. The i25 noise is annoying but not over bearing. Overall, a great campground but not worth the price.

Not Bad
We needed a place to stay near monument. We were very busy so only used our campsite to sleep and relax in the evening. This Jellystone had the least # of kid activities of the jellystones we've stayed at, but it was also relatively cheap compared to others, and on par with other campground / RV parks in Colorado. We had a weird site, which faced your neighbor. They have about 8 of these sites up front. It still worked out fine. They have lots of open spaces to explore, good childrens playground and some activities. Its right on the freeway, and a train is out front, but it really didn't bother us in a hard side, at all. Traffic in this area of the freeway is always crazy. Super EZ on and off the freeway. Would stay again. https://www.facebook.com/RicknVicky/

Stayed Easter weekend 2017 and loved it. They had hay rides for the kids and although the park was full we never heard any loud or obnoxious families. There is a train the runs about a 1/4 mile away but it didn't bother or wake us in the night. I couldn't give 5 stars only because I personally didn't go and look at the park amenities. Our experience was a good one.

Dump!
This place is an overpriced dirty dump! Not big rig friendly. The pool looked like the Persian Gulf. Tons of I-25 noise. And all this can be yours too for $75 per night. Yogi and just stealing picnic baskets he's stealing your wallet too.

Winter Stay
Stayed here for several days. Visited the area. Nice views and close enough to shopping.

We were only there as a base to see friends, so we did not spend much time there over the weekend. Unlevel campground in general and tight for larger rigs, but we got rv level and had enough room for toad at same site. Showers and other facilities were clean and staff very friendly. Had some unique amusements like disc golf and archery. These were fun. Did not check out the pool.

They should tell you when you make the reservation that some sites don't have fire rings. Also hard to get level on most spots. Disc golf is in bad shape

Friendly staff, clean restrooms at the beginning of weekend, but seemed to get serviced less as the weekend progressed. No fire pit at the sites, had to carry things to shared rings, that was disappointing.
