OK
Sites are narrow and somewhat short. We have a 31' class C and pull a car on a dolly. We had to drop the dolly and back the coach over the tong to be able to get the car out of the road. We stayed but cause there was no place else. It is a quiet place and they do have a fenced area for dogs to play off leash. There seems to be few other amenities

Military FullTimers Passing Through
For the people complaining about the smell: it’s Greeley, it’s country surrounded and we call it “stinky town”. I was raised here. I honestly missed it. On our way from VA to WA and We stopped to visit family. The sites are a bit close for my comfort but it was quiet, clean and the laundromat was well kept. People working there were very nice. We stayed for 3 nights. I would stay again. My only complaints were that there was no playground and no fire pit ring, old and pricey washers $1.75 p/load, and no nice view of anything. $38.90 with GoodSam discount. More like a park site than campground. But it had the accommodations we needed for our short stay. I’d recommend and visit again.

Nice
We stayed here for 4 days and had a great site. Nice wide concrete sidewalks and picnic table. Laundry was cheap. They charge extra for more than 2 people. Had a bad smell in the air from the farms. Everyone was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Sites are short and narrow. Smells like a stock yard, old and run down, a dump.

Convenient, affordable, & clean. Only 2 complaints: recording after hours doesn't tell you to come on over & register yourself, also the wifi doesn't always work. Sites are level & pull-thrus are available.

Last Resort
Seeing friends in Loveland, this was the only place within 35 miles that had a site. Like others have said, very cramped park with 95% long term campers. Poor space design with sewer at the very back of the space, my 20’ hose barely reaches. I have a long bed crew cab truck and 33’ fifth wheel, whole rig stuck out into the road about two feet. When I arrived they were watering some new sod next to my space so it was muddy. Have to lay on the ground to connect water because it is about 18” below ground. There’s also a feed lot or something nearby which makes it nauseating to sit outside. All in all, not impressed and won’t be back unless it’s the only option.

Many, many full time campers. If passing through on into Loveland. Plus smell of feed lot or something very strong. Unpleasant to sit outside.

First of all this Campground is cramped, I have family in Greeley & no other Campground in the area & after several times staying here i run into a young lady stating that no kind of terriers are allowed, i have a loving bulldog terrier mix thats the most loving dog ever, she didn't even care to meet him and said that he couldn't ever return to the park because he looks like a terrier dog and they are known bite, so I don't recommend anyone to visit this park, they are rude and hateful to our loving animals

Cramped Camp For Seasonal Campers
Over half of the sites are occupied seasonally. Short term sites are cramped together. OK for overnight or if everywhere else is full.
