You'll Never Pay More For Less

$45.00 nightly gets you an uneven spot next to a trashy long term residence. No water hookup. No wifi. While exiting i noted the common water and dump station area. Started to hook up when the manager ran out and said that would be an additional $20,00. I took my dung with me.

Quiet Spot

Think boondocking with electricity. Beautiful area close to Estes Park. Nice stream running through the camp. But it ain't KOA. friendly host thanks Lori

Last Resort

Junk cars all over. Permanent residents in run down trailors. Wasn't a level spot anywhere. $40 for electric only. Water not at sights. Pit toilet. The only good things I can say are the owners were nice, plenty of trees and adjacent to the river. It would be my choice of last resort.

Definitely Doesn't Look Like The picture

This campground doesn't look like the pictures! Although the owner was nice and the price was reasonable, the place was a little beat up. There are broken down cars all around the campground. The dump station was also hard to get into.

We had a great time. Beautiful location.
