It’s Alright
It’s nothing spectacular. The sites are very close together but it is a city park so that’s expected. They wanted $5 to use the bathrooms. Never heard that one before. I agree with Kimberly. The owner definitely has a chip on his shoulder. I almost went to the KOA just outside of town but was too tired. It’s OK.

The name the hospitality house is a joke I've never been treated so poorly by an individual doing check-in for an RV park I already had a reservation and was treated so poorly I ended up canceling the spots are very small and right next to each other and the owner was very rude

Love It!
We're staying here for two months so they gave us a great rate and put us in the best spot in the whole park. Our side patio folds down to a view of a friendly horse who comes running everytime we pull up, and a family of foxes that love to drink out of the horses water at dusk. I can't speak for the rest of the sites but T1 is beatiful! The drive up the mountain can be kind of hairy but it's not too bad. We did it with a 44ft 20k lb toy hauler and had no issues. The town of cripple creek and Victor are very cool old mining towns with tons of history. There are also miles and miles of gorgeous and well maintained roads to ride a motorcycle on. Would def come back

Would Not Recommend
Getting here was borderline dangerous - the hills are steep and if my tuck wasn't a 3500 it would not have been possible getting up the hill. The grounds are ok but would recommend not driving an hour from CO springs to stay here.
