Great Military Campground
We really liked this campground, planned to stay four nites but extended to six, spacious shaded sites and convenient to Co. Springs and surrounding area, we will definitely plan to return again soon.

Very Nice
Very nice fam camp. $44 per night for full hookup. Only problem we had was the site we got was not level and when done leveling the passenger side front wheel was off the ground. This made the steps very high as well. The trees surrounding the site made it necessary to unhook to fit.

Stayed 4 nights leaving Oct 18 2023. Wi-Fi is really good, BUT it is only available at the bathhouses and office. Must be a qualified military person or a sponsored guest of such to camp here. Very dusty dirt roads. Nice laundry.

Nice
Great facility, lots of rules, which are great to keep the lazy honest, not an issue for most people. Great spot to base exploring the area from.

Great Park
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, only problem was people not picking up after their dogs, we picked up half a paper bag of dog crap that people should have done. The forest is not a toilet for your dog!!! Will stay here again!

Excellent Park
Excellent stay, top notch park and staff. Full hookups, level sites with bbq grill and clean aluminum picnic table in a wooded environment. Dog friendly. 107 sites were all booked. Base and views spectacular. Worth the stay but book early. Two thumbs up.

High Season? 30 Days Max!!!
Just FYI, during the high season, you can only stay up to 30 days, then you CANNOT stay EVER again for the rest of the season! Found out the hard way as I’m trying to work up here.

Loved It
During my stay the trains did come by but the only thing I heard was the faint sound of the engines and occasional horn down track some distance. You may see 3 trains in an hour then nothing for several hours after, had no affect on my stay. This park is very nice and hookups are perfectly placed from what I seen around me. I have a 40' class A and maneuvered to the back of the park just fine. They do ask you to drop your trailer behind the office if you have one but the pull thru sites are long enough to park a car if your towing one. Highly recommend this campground with its forest of pines and great amenities. Happy camping.

One Of The Best Military RV Parks
From reservations to check-in to the spacious spots, this is with out a doubt one of the best military parks I have stayed in. Clean and comfortable. I wish this were on my beaten path and I would make it a regular spot to stop and rejuvenate from traveling. Most enjoyable stay. Trains did not bother me.

Best EVER
Had the best time here. Many sites to see. Campground is very clean. Has FHU and 50 amp.
Make reservations way in advance, as they are booked up at least 2 months out.
