No
No manager on site and touch and go on getting ahold of them. Mostly long term residents and the amenities look shabby. I went to base camp instead. It was thirteen dollars more but well worth it. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Quick Stay
OPEN ALL YEAR!! $30
Pros- They were open! Thank goodness because when we arrived it was 8 degrees out. Only place open before going to the sand dunes.
Water was available if you have a heated hose in the winter.
Cons- Small, dirt, no real amenities but management was very nice.
Property is for sale but open for now.
(Has an old go-kart track in front to help anyone looking for it, we passed it the first time)

No Thank You
Yes,the mother & daughter who run the place are nice. But the sites are dirt/sand. There are ruts from rainy times. I found no trash cans. Restroom/shower is the house bathroom?? One of the steps to it is dangerously broken.
I would not stay here again.

Open All Year
Sarah (sp?) is a super nice and helpful person. She and her daughter (I believe) were thoughtful by prepping for our departure the day after a foot of snow fell. They both packed down the park driveways with their vehicle and shoveled in front of our vehicle, to facilitate our departure. She advised us of the best way to leave the property.
We didn't use the bathrooms. We really only used electric, which is 50a, 30a, and 20a and we also drew some water out of the heated risers into water bags that we use in winter vs using the plumbing system. We do use the gray and black tanks though, which are heated. I add these details so others may learn.... The water at the time was a little sulphur-smelling but is fine filtered.
$30 in Jan 2017, full hookups price.
