Just Ok, Nice Host.

Being sold to corporation. No free TV ! Cables there but turned off. Big pool, too hot @ 87.

Full Hookups. WiFi worked fine. No BBQ or Firepits. Large pool. Quiet at night. Cash only!

Great small park, well kept. Easy in and out. Trees for shade. Paved sites. Big lap pool but closes at 8pm. Not too much chlorine so that was nice. Laundry closes at 8pm. 5 washers$1.25, 4 dryers .25 or $1.00. Wifi spotty - good one day not the next. Need key for restrooms. Goats maintain hillside and are cute but a little annoying when they wake you up at 5am. Majority of the park is long term mobile home park but the RV side is separated. Nice group camping layout if you want to be next to your friends. Town has a grocery store, hardware store and a few restaurants. Half hour to bigger towns. Managers are very nice and helpful.
