Not Really An RV Park

Although there is “some” RV accommodations, this is clearly and overwhelmingly a mobile home resort. Fortunately, we managed to call a few days prior looking for just an overnight stop and were informed that they had a space available. Upon arrival, we found that the office and the park entrance are two different locations. However, no worries as the entrance is just down the road from the office and everything is paved and easily navigable. After setup, we walked around a bit and were rather shocked to see that the other 10-12 RVs there were apparently parked as storage and that we may have lucked into the only overnight spot that they have. To be sure, the place is very nice - the spot we were assigned was quite spacious and level and situated right nearby their very nice dog park. Given the limited RV trailer space availability, we will consider staying here in future travels but only if we can reserve the spot well in advance.

Great fun place for boating, hanging at the beautiful pool, or even off roading. Right on Colorado River. Stayed for a week and loved it. We will be going back.
