We stayed 1 night our spot didn’t have sewer, we didn’t need it. Very clean and very quiet. We only need 30 amps we saw larger RVs probably requiring 50 amps. Water and cable, poor WiFi but that seems to be the rule wherever you go. I called and got a spot the night before. It’s a small place. We’ve stayed at the state park and liked Cypress better. Close to the ocean. Convenient enough to ride our bikes.

Stayed here 14 nights in July. It was a perfect spot. Clean, quiet, friendly, convenient to everything in Morro Bay, and the Central Coast. Will definitely come back.
