Good place to stay. A little dusty, parking on gravel but pretty level. Bathrooms and laundry very clean.

This was a great spot to stay at! The staff was friendly and everything was clean. We called ahead because we knew we would get in late. They were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

If you like being woken up every morning with your neighbour heading off to work then this is the place for you This could be avoided if management asked the live-ins to park at the office We were in site #106 which offered absolutely no privacy/shade Not much of a “Resort” Broken pavement, dust, potholes, neglected landscaping For the price (50.00 usd per night) a rest area would be a better choice and just as quiet Washrooms are clean Wifi worked Not much in the way of tv channels

Very Nice If Expensive

Level spots with a concrete pad. Hedges on each side provide privacy. Bathrooms/showers clean. Laundry among the least expensive I have encountered. Staff friendly.

We Liked It

Everything we needed. Space was fine and level. Everything worked. Lots of activities - we didn’t participate. Nice pool and spa. Beautiful little dog run. Bathroom/showers clean and serviced but not particularly inviting. We will return

Good Spot

Level sites , clean baths, laundry. Close to everything. Stayed 3 nights & park was fairly empty so quiet except for local traffic. Did see 2 homeless people outside of park as an abandoned commercial site was next door. It's just like every other city lock up your stuff. I felt safe there.

Keep On Driving.

This "resort" is not well maintained. The sites look like DU Y gone bad. There seems to be a lot of full time residents here that are a little ... well... before I had parked my 5th wheel, I had been warned twice to make sure my bikes had good locks. This afternoon Palm Springs PD CSU spent a couple hours investigating some crime in the rig across from us. Maybe it's me ,but I just had a bad experience here. Won't be back!

This park was a great place to stay. I was there for just two days. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lots were very clean and hookups are easy. The bathrooms/laundry room were always clean and sufficient.
