15 Years Rule
Only within 15 years with they entertain the idea.

Mostly long term residents. With that said the place looks and feels weird. I have a teardrop, with no bathroom and I setup a privacy tent to accommodate bathroom trip during the night since their bathrooms are closed at 11:00pm.
Well, an employee approached me and asked me to take it down, for the reason that someone will sleep in etc. They also state in their policy not to wash RVs and right next to us a long term resident was running a detailing business.
The list goes on and on.
NOT worth $65:00 a night with no space between the spots and not even being as close to the lake as they claim.
Happy ? travels.

Almost impossible to get a spot here. They are all full time residence.. should be removed from the list.

Ok For One Night
People are nice and helpful. Didn’t use pool or hot tub but it looked inviting and well maintained. This is mostly a full timers park. You can see that they are starting to take over the park and making it look run down and trashy. The restrooms are ok but run down and not enough stalls.

Friendliest Staff
This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back! The two in the office are so kind. They are always smiling and so helpful! -oh if you get the opportunity, order dinner from Chabelo’s Mexican Grill...was a recommendation from the office..yum yum yum!!

Magic Mtn Trip
We stayed here two nights. There are a lot of full time campers here. The sites seem narrower than most Rv parks we’ve visited, just wide enough for our one slide.
It’s a short drive to magic mountain which made it nice after 12 hours in the park.

$50
Quick Overnight
The park is real nice, 50 amp service, water and sewer. OTA tv service not good. They offer cable TV with a box. But for some reason the park people and myself was unable to get the box to work at my site. Must be a bad post connection. Haveing a good time here. Highly recommend this park

Nice People, Nice Place
Super nice and accommodating staff. Spotless restrooms. Pool and hot tub open in December. Very close to I5 but surprisingly quiet due to topography.
Mostly full-time residents but their sites are spotless and contain modern rigs.

Mr.
The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. All the hookups are in good shape. There isn't much to look at but the lake is close and there are hiking trails nearby. It is affordable considering you pay 25-30$
just to dump in the Valley.
