Magical!

What an amazing Park. Stunning views and a beautiful walk down to the beach past a waterfall. I highly recommend it

Heaven on Earth

Camped in a travel trailer. Ride north on 1 is tricky but worth it. Primitive sites with the most amazing views! Gas up in Cambria because gas in Big Sur cost over $7/gallon. Stayed in November and enjoyed the whales and amazing sunsets. We booked 6 months in advance.

Definitely Recommend

No running water. Amazing views. Reserve half a year in advance. Spots 7, 8, 9 are the best. Easy access to hikes and short drive from restaurants and water. Coast to the west, mountain to the east.
