Don’t Waste Your Money

If you want rustic this is the place for you and just ignore all the good reviews. This place is a joke. We have a mud area in front of the camper no concrete slab although most of the others have one. When we arrived we didn’t have a picnic table I went up to the office and was told they would try to get us one. If you think your going to have internet forget it, I know it’s advertised but there is none. I complain and said I was the first one to mention this. I find that hard to believe. Bath house and restroom are closed due to COVID that’s not advertised either. They offer cable for an extra charge just make sure you bring a male adapter or no TV for you. Also make sure you have plenty of sewer line or you will be buying extra. Our neighbor said this has been this way for years and all the locals just pack accordingly. That’s not in reviews either

Great Gem!

We spent the weekend with several friends camping along the river. Each spot has full hookups and cable (didn't use). We hiked and fished along the river. Staff was super friendly. The sites are close together. But they're level and easy to hookup. Definitely will be going back.

We had a great time and the owners are super nice. It does need a little cleaning up and weeded, but giving what is going on in the world it was a great weekend. We will definitely go back..

Nice Place

Pool, fishing, tv, feel like your way out in the woods. But close to town would stay again if im ever in the area.. Only downside no laundry..

Anglers Holiday Mountain Resort

Stayed here 2nd week of Oct, 2016 and posted some of the pics above. I enjoyed the woodsy feel of the place, but it is not a resort, just a simple campground. Dirt roads could use some maintenance, may be improved by now. Stayed with club membership and not sure if it's open to all public, call and verify first.
