Great spot, good amenities, Wi-Fi is very Subpar. Pool is great for the kids. The people at the front desk were so nice, and they had a 50 to 30 amp reducer for us to borrow. Bathroom/showers by the pool were nice and clean.

NoNice park but not good for big rigs. Also very pricey even for a KOA. Sewers of neighbors within tripping distance of our picnic table as well as smell. Sites are very tight. The more you get in the more money you make. Park is full so either location for locals or not a lot to choose from. We are class A and 40 ft. We won't stay again even though a KOA. We travel this route every year.

Decent Place
Overall the campground is decent. Spots are fairly close to each other, but that’s the risk of campground living. Had spot 59 in July. There is zero shade on the right side of the spot and the wind whips across the open field/I-40, so awning use is sketchy at best. Trailer stayed fairly warm because of this. Also, the “amenities” all cost extra, except the pool, and most are only open Thursday thru Sunday.

Will come again
This is a great campground, especially with kids. They have clean facilities and lots to do. We enjoyed go karts, riding bikes, the giant bounce pillow playing horseshoe and more. There is also a nice playground. The only drawback is some road noise from I-40. Only an hour drive to the Grand Canyon

Expensive
I know they have lots of activities for people who are vacationing there but 72 for an overnight stop is way too expensive. Stacked and packed with your neighbors. On the plus side, staff is friendly, property is clean and the trees are gorgeous.

Very Nice And Shady Park
We stayed a week here in April 2018. We have a 43ft motorhome towing a 24ft enclosed car trailer. We got a site in front of the dog park and go carts.not very level but was shaded and roomy. We are 14ft wide with slides extended. Staff was very friendly. Close to Sedona and flagstaff. Snowed one of the days we were there. Will stay again next time we are in the area. Even though we did not have sewer hookup.

Great Location Great Staff
This was our first out of state RV trip being from California. Great location between Grand Canyon and Sedona. Clean tidy easy to find off the freeway. The people at the front desk are very pleasant and the park staff are very helpful.

Nice But A Little Tight
We've stated here a coupe times. First was with family with lots of kids and the bikes were fun. The second time, was just the two of us and my oldest. We were using it for a night or two to be able to go exploring in the national forest south of Williams for a camp spot as boondocking is what we prefer. In either instance, the place was clean and the staff friendly but the spots are way to close together. My only other complaint was when having my propane tanks filed, I offered to help the guy filling them get them off the rack. He insisted on doing it himself and ultimately didn't put the retention bar or nut back on and I lost both, having to replace them. I realize I should have checked before heading out but if you're going to insist on me not helping, do the job right and leave it like you found it. Otherwise, a very clean place, showers are clean and hot and the breakfast burritos are awesome.

Not Big Rig Friendly
We are a class a 45 foot coach traveling with an enclosed car hauler. I called to confirm their recommendation on length with spot availability. Upon arrival we were placed in the back which is a horribly location to place large rigs. Their trees are not manicured for tall rigs to make tight turns at the radius they have set for their sites. Fire pits are literally up against your neighbors slide out as well as your neighbors on yours. Loud music allowed and staff is inconsistent with level of service. Brought this to this staffs attention and credit was given. We appreciate the credit but hated to see so many disconnects within their own staff. We won't return due to super small sites, horrible big rig turning radius and park not being properly monitored by staff at all times.Too many activities going on for us.They give kids a scavenger hunt bag at the office which will then cause you to have groups of kids coming to your site if sitting outside asking you for random items. NO THX

Great Campground
This was our first experience with a KOA. The staff was friendly. The campsites were not too close together. Clean pool, clean campground. Fun little store. Nice park area for the kids. Really close to Bearizona (2 miles?). Will stay again!!

Very Nice
This was a beautiful place. Lots of trees. The spaces weren't too close together. There were 3 dog parks, which made all the difference for us, go karts, mini golf, a heated pool, game room, laundry, very clean bathrooms and showers, a big playground, and a small playground, a convenience store, and a little cafe during summer. We will stay here again. Very friendly and helpful!

Not Bad But Not Awesome
The older workers riding around in carts are more friendly and helpful than some of the staff in the office. Not all sites are level. Showers are in stalls like toilets are. Pool closes during rain. Has a small playground, mini golf course and dog area. Wi-Fi is spotty. Careful of your cell provider, I had no service the whole time.

Rude
I was towed in here because we brok down. While our tow vehicle was being repaired we had to stay here. Our camper dropped off by a tow truck didnt have any way to align or level. On the first morning I walk into the store past a sign that says 7 am open, its 740. Four people look at me and say we are not open. Another half hr. I say I don't need anything from the store, I just...At this point an older woman says well are you going to just stand in here? And she sternly says we are NOT open for another half hr. .So I left. Clearly they did not even want to talk to me or help anyway I just wanted to borrow a jack. If I could have left that morning I would have. Will NEVER stay here again.
