Super little park, great owners!
Great, clean and quiet park. New owners making good improvements.. New high-speed wi-fi is great, no data limit... streaming allowed. Pet friendly, dog park not usable now but nice grassy area to walk your dog. Clubhouse very nice, Keurig coffeemaker with lots of goodies, snacks for morning. Satellite TV in clubhouse with 185 channels, movies, pool table. KOA is noisy, too close to truck stop and I-10 and pricey, Lifestyles RV is too close to RR tracks. This park is much quieter because of location... reasonable pricing. Accepts Passport America with no restrictions like other parks. Will be my go-to stop in this area.

Combo mobile home and RV park, but ok for one night. NO cable tv as listed and you may not get antenna tv, but Rec room has one. Dog park is full of tumbleweeds and unusable. Staff is very nice. All pull thru sites so no unhooking tow vehicle.

Very nice stop. The host and owners were nice. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a green area for pets and a great rec room.

Camped here the last two nights while visiting Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. Host was friendly and knowledgeable. We had good wifi, restrooms and laundry were clean. Campground was tidy. Convenient to the interstate, but far enough away to be quiet. $30 with Good Sam discount. Not a lot to do at the campground, but we were busy exploring Chiricahua. Camped in our 30 foot TT. We would stay here again.
