Very friendly community with lots of activities, including but certainly not limited to a well-equipped gym, billiard / ping pong room, craft rooms, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis court and bocce ball. Clean, modern and well-kept with a friendly and accommodating staff. The pool is nice and was clean. It appears as if the negative reviews are about price and cleanliness. The facility was spotless during our stay and as for orice... you get what you pay for. We'll be back!

Raised rates $380 over last year. Then wants $2100 on 5mo. Rental to hold it for next year.

Pretty Park And Very Quiet.

Rincon RV East, although pretty to look at unless you take your trash to this messy area in the NE of Park, Rincon can use some polishing in a few areas. They have packrats causing one large 5th wheel to give up and just leave. Rincon needs to address this well known pest. Rincon East has friendly volunteers staffing the office and entrance gate, I will readily state that. But as an Over 55 designation, one or two, have no knowledge of attractions, directions or best vendors. Yes there is GPS but sometimes a newbie can be steered in a better direction. I wish there was a shuttle that would be used to drive an interested group on a garden tour, to a shady park for picnic or to see Christmas decorations...to name 3. Unfortunately, there is a real dog owner=non dog owner mentality with some. We are packed like sardines here. It actually leaves little outdoor space on your lot. Good friends can be made but expect to find old busybodies and grumpy men.

Winter Paradise

Wonderful resort park. Clean everything everywhere. Beautiful plantings and perfectly maintained in every respect.

Short And Narrow

Can barely get a 40ft. 5th. Wheel backed into a premium lot and I drove semi for 43yrs. Would not come in with over a 35ft. 5th. Wheel or 30ft. Bumper pull. Nice park with lots to do.

Rincon East

Spent 2nd winter there Feb and March 2017. Altho we had an email confirmation of the site we choose and the balance we owed, neither were honored. They put us on the other side of where we wanted and chgd us us more than what they said we owed. When we argued why they merely said not sure why you can't have your site...but our prices went up so this is your new amt. Even tho we paid 80% deposit down10 months prior. I thought that is the reason for booking ahead...now we don't trust anything management says The pool is small and needs cleaning around the water line. Very grimy. The hot tub is inside..not our cup of tea. The deluxe sites are nice with a pretty concrete picnic tables. Sites are close together and roads narrow. Lots of pretty palm trees. Raised rates again a lot. We will be going somewhere else next year. I feel they don't appreciate the rv'ers there...just the park model residents.

RCE

Sites are very close together with narrow streets make it difficult to park or back in a trailer. No cable on standard site. WiFi very very slow between 4 to 10 pm. It is quiet and clean. Has friendly people.
