We live full time in our RV and have found any park is what you make it. I plan on trying to stay here a week or two .

Clean park. Good amenities. Some of the spaces are close together but there are some larger size corner lots. Good place if you have pets. The only complaint is that it is under the airport flight path so it can be a little noisy, but I would stay again.

Small place. We stayed there 4 nights in October 2015. We arrived early late at night. They show a list of available spaces on the office door. We picked a drive thru spot and checked in the next day. They let us stay us stay in that spot. We did not use any of the facilities. I found the staff to be friendly. The spots are close together, but clean. They do have a small dog relief station. People were good about cleaning up after their pets. Their are some full timers there, but the ones we met were very friendly. The park is close to I-17, but I did not notice the noise. The park is a nice average park to spend a few nights while visiting Phoenix.

Horrible
This place stinks. It's noisy. Too many mosquitoes. The office staff is rude and if you don't blend in, they will look for a reason to kick you out. They micromanage your stay. Don the maintenance guy is a two faced gossiping back stabber who talks to you while looking for an infraction to turn you in for. Saundra is the owner and will decide she doesn't like you so best to steer clear of her. Some long term guests named Lani and Kim drive through the park continuously drunk acting like police. Watch your kids or they may get run over. The airplane noise is enough to wake you up. The Harley riding 18 Wheeler guy in the back corner likes to rev it up and come in late at night and wake everyone up. During the day he welds and that is also really loud. LC is a great guy and looks and sounds like Morgan Freeman. He's the best thing about the park. I would highly rec very short stays of at all plus the mulch factory smells so bad its like your eating poop. The facilities are dirty if open.
