Nice Park

Nice park but narrow sites. Sites are long, mostly level. Quiet place Room for boat and RV.

Lived there for months. Good park with decent amenities. If you are looking for a top tier resort, look elsewhere. If you desire to be where you need to be, to enjoy havasu. this is here. Everything is local and convenient. PS: the nearby gas station has THE best sandwiches and wraps. Period.

Crowded

All paved but slide outs are extremely tight. We we’re passing through and it was fun to see London Bridge but it was SO hot, 117 degrees at 5pm.

If you like being woken up by your neighbour (two feet away) heading to work early every morning then this is the place for you. Not much of a Resort. Old derelict live in’s surrounded our space (#53) Could not put our slide all the way out Could not get the cable to work Went to the office and was told someone would come by They never did

I Do NOT RECOMMEND!!

Sure the amenities are great, but do u want to be treated terrible. They are very disrespectful and discriminatory. The manager Winne treats ppl awful!! My worst experience was when I was trying to bring up a concern I had about, this random strangers, who apparently works there, approached me at night not even inducing himself as someone who worked there, falsely accusing me of speeding in the park (after I was looking at my speedometer the whole time) and that i have 7 so called complaints already.(1st I'd heard about it) tried to talk to MANAGEMENT about my concern of how this was not true, and I got yelled/sworn at and threatened with "well if u dont like it u can leave with I'll switch u over to a daily rate. I was in shock they way she treated and spoke to me.

Great location . Walk to beach at state park in under five minutes. Very close to shopping grocery and local attractions. Small spaces. Nice pool and hot tub. Very clean. Great place to stay.

Decent

A nice RV place behind the gas station and very close to the state park. No Lake access but they had a pretty nice laundry room and the pool was clean. The sites here were paved with gravel all around and were very very close together.

Pretty views but They charge for WiFi and they advertise cable tv but does not work. And very tight spots.

Pickle Pack

This place is so tightly packed that your awning will overlap with your neighbors if you can even get it out. It advertises wifi but there is a per device extra charge. Will not ever pick this park again. Would be just as good to go down to the state park just down the street and almost on the beach.
