Not Too Bad
The water pressure is an issue, it’s 1st place we ever faced it. The pipes underneath are too tiny. The park knows but they won’t change it. Some used the pump to help them.. we just got used to it. 😂 the staff are very friendly but, communication lacks in this park so it’s confusing at 1st. When we were there activity rm, pool, & bathhouse was closed… The washers were breaking down while we were there over time.. but they maybe fixed now. The views, site size, peaceful, darkness at night, & friendly volunteers made up for all the above ☝️we’d still return tho

Nice and remote
Nice, quiet park with everything you need: propane on site, extremely helpful staff with clean, level sites. Sierra Vista is close and has everything you could want. The park itself is quite remote and quiet. I'm coming back.

Paid 2 Wks/Stayed a Month
Every site faces northwest with blacktop streets making it great for walking. Every site is a wide, long pull thru with a concrete patio and table. And they actually have cable TV, unlike every other RV resort that claims they do but don't. Clean and modern laundry. Trash cans conveniently placed instead of the normal huge smelly dumpster. Each site is cleaned, dragged, and swept as soon as someone leaves. They deliver your filled LPG bottle with their ATV. Only reason for 4 stars is CV19 has their pool and lodge shut up.

Beware Of Extra Charges
Nice facility but I’m pretty put out about charging $2 extra per kid, $2 extra per dog and charging extra for metered electricity. We are a family of 4 with a small dog came in after hours for one night and accrued quite a few “extra”charges that were unexpected and not necessary for a quick over night stop. Plus the internet password didn’t work. With no one in the office by 6 we couldn’t get that resolved.

We Really Like This Campground
My wife and I stayed here overnight on our way to Tombstone. We really like this place. The people in the office were very nice, friendly and helpful. The park is well kept and the area is beautiful. We felt safe staying here. We used our Passport America and paid half price. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

We Love This Place
We stayed here 3 months this winter. This is our second year staying here. At about 4000 ft. elevation, it can get cold in the winter but the views and friendly staff are definitely worth it. 30 and 50 amp sites are gravel and extra long and wide. Electric is charged separately. Wi-Fi worked well. We use satellite for TV so I'm not sure about the cable. Tombstone is about 8 mi east and Sierra Vista about 20 mi south for major shopping. Highly recommended.

Best In The Area
My wife and I stopped by to visit the town of tombstone during our first transcontinental RV trip, and I have to say this is hands down my favorite so far. The first thing I noticed was the neat and well groomed condition of the grounds, as well as the excellent landscaping. The sites are large enough for the largest rigs and are spaced generously for comfortable camping it's also quiet and very scenic. We will be back again.

Fantastic Place To Winter
My second year here as a work camper. Amazing mountain views, 360 degrees. Brilliant night sky. Quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Indoor pool with spa and weight room. Huge pull through lots. Many have shade trees. WiFi, laundry, showers, 50 and 30 amp service, free cable. Well water tastes great. This has got to be the best in the area.
