Great Stop
This KOA had a several prices to select for our stay. Highest price was $68 and we opted for fewer services and only paid $49. Very clean well kept park.

Pleasantly surprised
We had to change plans when we discovered the shower in the trailer flooded ( first time using it; must not have been sealed properly). We were fortunate to be able to get a space for 2 nights, last minute. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had the perfect spot under a large tree with a good picnic table. Site was gravel but level. Showers needed some updating and could have been cleaner but I did not hesitate to use them, twice. We were close to the entrance but furthest from the highway so noise was minimal. I would stay here again

Nice Park
We enjoyed our stay at the park. Our spot was close to the freeway but wasn’t noise. We had the space at the end of the cabins. It had water, sewer, a picnic table, and a privacy fence. The wind was blowing but the fence helped slow the wind down. The KOA park is close to the petrified forest and just over an hour from the meteor crater.

Instant regrets
I foolishly made a reservation the morning of our arrival, so we were stuck else lose a days rate. Extremely overpriced for what you get. We were told that only a patio site was available ... I doubt that now. It's still off season so no pool ... not much of anything. The sites are level and mostly gravel. Showers are small. I wouldn't stay here again.

Not Too Shabby
Stayed here to petrified Forest National Park. decent size pull through spaces. Some spots were a little muddy. Wi-Fi signal was not very good, but over all not a bad place to stay to go to Petrified Forest. Didn’t go on bathroom.

Full Hook Up
We booked full hook up online and had everything but sewer. Went to the office and they wanted to charge 8 dollars more. Don't call to make a reservation. They will say they only have one with little facilities. Book online. And if you have a pet, there is a pet area that the sprinkler system comes on every few MINUTES without warning. The park was safe.

The lady in the office said we hadn't booked a full hook up and we did. She put us in a short spot, we're 60'. The man working the property went to the office. He came back and sent us to a longer site. The next day the lady called and said we were in the wrong spot. I told her the guy went to the office and directed us to our site. It was very confusing and later a man drove in and said the office had sent him to our spot. No one seemed to know what was going on. Super confusing.

Good For A Night
All gravel but level sites. Had to disconnect toad and move it to the front in order to reach sewer, water and electric. All the way at the back end of the site. Larry was accommodating and pleasant. Store was clean and interesting. Didn’t use bathrooms or laundry.

Easy In And Out...
Nice gravel spot, no cable for us...renovation work on the cable I think... Conveniently located near Painted desert (26 miles) Good for a short stay, close to highway but not too noisy

Happy With Our Stay
Park was clean, nice activities for kids, and great on site restaurant. Cooking everything from hot dogs to strip steaks. Pool was nice and clean. Sites were close, but Park was not full, so not too close to your neighbor. We would stay again. 20 miles from Petrified Forest northern entrance. Showers were clean :) place was nicely maintained and pretty.

Pleasant Stay!
Starting a 4 week trip thru the states and our first stop in Arizona is Holbrook KOA! Nice , clean and quiet even though the park filled up. We had site #88 with water/electric only since this was a one night stay! Spaces are close together and very few shade trees at sites that are level and all gravel.......will stay here again!

Perfect Place
Me and my boyfriend drove a rented camper van from Phoenix to the petrified forest. After a long drive we planned on staying at the gift shop. We found reviews that the gift shop is a free place to park our camper van. However, after getting yelled down by some lady at the gift shop that we didn’t have a “real” RV we were forced to leave. Needless to say, we found this KOA. The lady at the KOA was the sweetest soul I’ve ever met. She set us up to park the camper van and was concerned we would be cold. It was a brutal cold night. Our electric heater wouldn’t reach from the outlet provided to our van. She went the extra mile and asked on of the construction workers to let us borrow an extra long extension cord. We were set. They had firewood for the provided fire pit which was very convenient. We had a more than enjoyable night and were warm thanks to the lady. The place was very clean and the shower water was able to get very hot. 100% recommended.

Nicest Spot In Eastern Arizona
This is by far the nicest campground in eastern Arizona. The park was amazing for the kids and there is a great six foot deal pool. The staff is ridiculously nice and the showers were large, clean, free, and the water can scald you of you want it too. The road noise isn't that bad if you have a fan on and the spots are a little close but I've stayed in closer. The park is well maintained and close to the Petrified Forest (20 min), the hotel that inspired the Cozy Cone Motel from the movie Cars (5 min), and Meteor Crater (50 min).

Site's are just too close for comfort. Freeway noise is not too bad. Neighbors noise is terrible.
