55+ Delight

Cleanest we've seen. Quiet. Great management/owners. Oddly enough for the high desert, amazingly good water. Close (15mi) to Kingman restaurants and shopping. Medical facility almost next door. No cable, but many TV channels via our RV antenna. Beautiful night skies. Level sites and wide streets for easy big rig parking. No complaints from this old grump... a rarity.
