Old School
Really nice floating on Oak Creek. Dirt on our space with no concrete pad. Sewer hook up too far away to use. Kind of pricy for that. Mature trees and relaxing environment. WiFi at clubhouse only. No phone service Tmobile. Great restaurant down the street. Friendly and helpful staff.

Trees branches are TOO low!!! Unless you have a small and short RV , this park WILL damage your rig!!!! It’s a great place if your RV is less than ten feet tall and less than 25 ft long.

Great Place To Relax
This place was awesome. Nice spacious camp spaces with picnic table and fire ring. Located close to a creek for swimming, tubing and hanging out. Plenty of fish and crawdads to keep the kids busy. No wi-fi or phone service at the camp sites (it’s nice to unplug from daily life). Clean restrooms and showers. The staff was friendly and helped us back into our site. The road coming in and out of the campground had large speed bumps and was narrow and only big enough for one vehicle at a time. To be expected the prices inside the store were high, grab your gear and treats in town first. Overall this is a hidden gem. We are definitely going back.

Clean sites, super clean bathrooms and showers. Rough speed bumps, no wifi at sites, slow internet at club house...high $ for water and electric. Nice pool, and store.

Classic Campground
Great old fashioned campground with a club house and general store. My kids loved the pool and hot tub! Nice wooded sites with space to sit outside at the provided fire pits. A little pricey but would definitely come back!

Great Place!
Close to Sedona, 10miles, without being in the crowds. Full hookups for our 38’ Motorhome with tow. Friendly staff! Great river to hang out in. Family friendly with pool, playground, river, Alpacas to pet and more. We would stay here again

Don’t Tell Folks About This Jewel.
Very nice campground with friendly staff, nice facilities, large spaces, and...sometimes...an otter.

Great Location, Great Staff, Great Park
We stayed here because there was no availability closer to Sedona. We are now glad there was no availability closer to Sedona. The park was well maintained. Our spot with full hookups backed up to a creek. It was amazing listening to the creek at night. We have a 32 foot class C and pull a Jeep. We had no issues getting into our site. The staff was great and check in was fast. Our daughters enjoyed seeing the Lamas and Raccoons. The playground was perfect for our 5 and 6 year olds. The only think that would make me give this park 5 stars would be stronger WiFi. But they did tell us that up front and if you go closer to the office you have no problem with WiFi. We will stay here again!

2nd Stay And Still Impressed
We loved this campsite so much we came back a year later. From reservation to check-out, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The grounds show true pride of ownership. Yes, the roads are bit bumpy and narrow, but you should be fine if you go the posted 5 mph speed limit. Most of the sites are large and offer plenty of space and privacy to relax. Free DVD rentals are a bonus! A special thanks Wayne for taking the time to help us park our trailer exactly like we wanted it. You are a true trailer parking whisperer! The only thing I wish they would reconsider is their 'no site is guaranteed policy.' If you book in advance, I don't see why you can't reserve your desired spot...especially with the no refund policy within 2 weeks of arrival. I feel that perhaps we've just been lucky to get the spots of our choosing, because there are smaller sardine sites I would not want to say in. Overall excellent get away, location and experience! Thanks Lo Lo Mai!!!

Great
Great location! Feels more like a campground than a parking lot! If you want level sites, park at Walmart. If you want to camp, come here. Downfall was the electrical by the creek was on the wrong side

Nice Place
Spent fall break here with wife & kids in our class a. Trees are low but not damaging. Wi-Fi is weak, but we’re trying to get away from our daily lives right? It rained during our stay, so roads were a bit soupy. Overall a nice place that puts you between Sedona & Cottonwood.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This place is a joke and a bait and switch operation!! They show all these nice photos, but what they don’t tell you is you will be lucky to not have your rooftop A/C unit ripped off! Super low hanging trees getting to the campsite and even lower branches and treen limbs. They called them “soft branches!” Really??? So these soft branches should scrap and rub against my coach, because you are too lazy to trim your trees?? Tried to put us in a 30ft spot after we booked months in advance and told them we were 36ft long and 13ft tall. No way we were going to fit and they knew that! And guess what?? “Sorry, no refunds!” You’re kidding right?? Nope! Ok, clearly you forgot the power of the internet and how important reviews are to RV’rs. Class A owners....DO NOT stay here or even try to get down their ridiculous tight and low hanging driveway. You’ll be sorry.

Great Family Camping
We stayed 2 nights at Lo Lo Mai, in a 38’ Class A coach with a Towed. Our space was well shaded, and nicely sized, level with some nice views. We had full hookups, including 50 amp. We were told this isn’t always available; some have only 30 amp, some do not have sewer connection, etc. So I was quite happy with our space. My grandkids loved the park. A nice pool (though the adjacent spa was oddly green and murky, the pool was blue and clear). They saw both a raccoon and a skunk one evening. Every space has a nice fire ring and a picnic table. Oak Creek runs through the campground, and there’s a nice pond with ducks and benches around it. WiFi is very sketchy, unless you go to the clubhouse where it’s pretty good. There is no cable TV, and we couldn’t get any channels over the air, but you can borrow DVD’s from the office for free so they had movies to watch just before bed time. The showers/restrooms are modern & well maintained. Staff are great! One caution, the speed bumps are nasty!

45th Birthday
My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday on 11/9/17 with my 2 fur babies. It was a quiet and peaceful place to camp with all the amenities of home. The staff was very polite and friendly we'll definitely be coming back.

Parking for rv are not very level, neiger was the area for dumping. It is a very quaint and family oriented camping. There is free Wifi but the connection isn't very stable. No t mobile reception.

Lo Lo Mai Rv Resort
Placed in area with no sewer hookup. Noticed better sites empty. Was told all sites filled. Could not do laundry til 1pm because of house cleaning using it for cabins. Bathroom water line kept breaking flooding us. Moved us to better sites. No dog run. Expensive to stay.
