It has 50 amp water and sewer. That’s the good parts. It claims they can handle 40 foot RVs, but the truth is 30 feet is the max at 90% of the sites. Dead bushes, dead grass, and surrounded by a rundown trailer park. The beach is a mud silt area. They have a motel launch facilities and slips. Those last three are OK. For an RV park, I would barely recommend this for even for a stopover.
