I don’t have issues with older parks, plenty of them have fine character. Y issue is when you let them get run down and become hovels and shanty’s. Caution is the word when you walk your pets, some owners must think it’s good for the ground…because they are not cleaning it up. Dark, dank and smelly had us leave a day early just to get away from the train wreck. I let my guard down on this one, the old cravat of you get what you pay for clearly represents this mostly permanent resident stop. No spot for zero stars so it gets a 1

Very friendly management. Sites are close, but I've been in closer. Good for overnight.

Don’t bother - old mobile home park, we wouldn’t risk driving our 45’ class A into the area for RVs (we were told there were pull through sites)
